In my life there have been a few times where I just didn’t have the money to pay the bills.

Praise the Lord those days are in the past.

But today we are going to make sure you get ahead of those days as well.

I’ll show you exactly how to pray, act and peak when you get a bill.

The first thing you need to do is know what scriptures to quote in order to change your situation. When you speak God’s word you activate it’s power.

When you’re low on funds, you will start with Philippians 4: 19 And my God will
liberally supply (fill to the full) your every need according to His riches in glory in
Christ Jesus.

So you take the bill in your hand, and you hold it up to God and say, “God, I’m reminding you of your promise. You said that you would liberally supply and fill to the full my every need. Well today I have a financial need, so supply for it! I thank you Lord that you always hold true to your word, even if it doesn’t look like it, I know you will never let me down, thank you Lord!”

Speak that out loud and your faith will build.

The deal is, God WILL, FOR SURE, get that bill paid for you. He will. Don’t doubt it.

Now, God will get it taken care of, but I want you to know that God usually waits until it gets right down to the wire, (often it goes what I would consider past the wire) but He ALWAYS meets your financial needs.

What you need to learn is how to stay full of peace and joy until you get your bills paid.

What’s great about God’s Promises is that you know the end of the story. The end of the story is you win, you get ALL your needs met. So when you know the end of the story, you can stay happy until it gets here.

Pretend you just watched the superbowl and your favorite team won. You get home and your roommates Tivo’d it and are now watching it 2 hours after it actually happened.  Your favorite team is losing by 21 points. You wouldn’t freak out worrying about the outcome because you know the ending! You win!

It’s the same thing here. You don’t freak out because you know the ending. You don’t worry and lose sleep, you don’t walk around sad and depressed, no way! In fact, you have a great time, even during the trying times, even during the challenges, even when it seems like you’re losing, you keep that smile on your face because you know that you’ve won!

That’s how you stand on God’s Promise.

You keep speaking, and keep standing on the word, the more you say it, the more you hear it, the more your faith builds.

After you have done this, look to God for instruction. See if He has anything else for you to do. Sometimes He may lead you to give an offering.

Often if what you have in your pocket is not enough to pay your bill, then there’s a good chance you’re supposed to sow it as seed. The Bible also promised that when you give, it will be given back to you, pressed down, shaken together and running over (Luke 6:38)

As we learned while operating in God’s economy, you have to do things that are opposite to how the world does them.

The world says to be stingy  and hold on to every penny, God says give freely and become more wealthy. (Proverbs 11:24)

Be prepared to give, even when it doesn’t make sense. Often that’s when God will bless you the most.

When it comes to money, trust God. Honor Him with your wealth and He will fill your bank accounts. (Proverbs 3:9) Speak and confess these scriptures over and over again until all fear, doubt, and anxiety leave you.

Activating the power of the scriptures will bring your supernatural supply from the spirit realm into the natural realm.

Since I discovered the power of God’s word regarding finances, I haven’t missed or even been late on a payment of any kind in over 10 years.

Quote Philippians 4:19 Hold up your bill and say, “God, you got a bill to pay!”

Afterall – He IS our Source.
